Elegant Ballroom Hyatt Grand Cypress Wedding
Hyatt Grand Cypress Wedding
Jen and Tyler had such a sophisticated look to their wedding that even with over 300 guests the atmosphere would feel intimate. Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with through out her wedding planning process. She was able to really shine on her wedding day with all of the love in the world around her. From her ceremony that was a traditional Catholic Mass to her pool side cocktail hour with sounds of an acoustic guitar/singer to her elegant wedding reception… perfect was written for this bride and groom.
The gals were able to get ready in their hospitality suite at the Hyatt Grand Cypress which gave us some great light for all the getting ready shots. These Badgley Mischka shoes with the feather accent were some of my understated favorite shoes of all time!
Jen is wearing a GORGEOUS Monique Lhuillier Bliss dress from The Collection with hair detailed pins by Erin Cole all from Solutions Bridal.
Bridesmaids are in the most gorgeous taupe color by Lazaro from The Collection.
Tyler and his handsome group are wearing Tuxes from Absolutely Fitting.
For the reception, Jen wanting something so timeless and that would still look good for years to come. What we ended up doing was getting the bone colored linen which is an ivory/champagne with the tiniest texture due to be dupioni silk. This texture has a wonderful sheen that really picks up light from amber toned candles. Then we mixed this slightly warm color with the cooler tones of silver through the chargers which had a wavy feel with this clean lined silver edging. The clean lines in the vases/water is what brings the sophistication up off the tables. We then brought in the deliriously creamy textures in the florals and made the ballroom come alive with pins spots and candles galore!
Bringing visual stimulation to the vast ballroom was done through high and low floral and even with different heights of candles and unique lamp beaded silver lamp shades.
Monogrammed lighting from Kalidescope. How perfect was this? All of the bride’s stationary had the C with this print and tied everything together beautifully. The perfect backdrop to the bride and groom’s first dance.
I can’t begin to tell you how much this Dad loves his daughter and how much this little girl loves her Dad. This photo explains it all!
What do you do when a bride is not a huge fan of cake? Have the alternating tiers spooned desserts!
The Leonard Brothers Band rocked the house! The dance floor was packed the entire night and as you can see above- this was a great party!
Sparkle and Shine! Sparkler exit from the Hyatt Grand Cypress. We adore you Jen and Tyler. Thank you so very much for collaboration and friendship! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both! XO
