{AATR} couple Michelle and Vinh had not only a traditional Vietnamese wedding ceremony but they also had a modern ceremony and reception to celebrate with all their friends and family. The first ceremony was held at a private home with a second ceremony at St. Philip Phan Van Minh, Vietnamese Catholic Church. Their reception took place at Holy Trinity Reception Center in the Agape Ballroom, with a full Vietnamese menu from Lam’s Garden. The menu consisted of the following: Shrimp Papaya Salad*, Tofu Hot and Sour Soup, Crispy scallops and squid, XO Fried Rice*, Fillet Medallions and vegetables, Sautee Mushroom and Bok Choy, Chilean Sea Bass, Roasted Chicken, & Walnut Shrimp.
