Leu Gardens Wedding of Brittany and Josh

Brittany and Josh were married at the beautiful Harry P. Leu Gardens this past December. The overcast that day brought beautiful photos and shade to their guest. While waiting for the blushing bride to walk down the aisle, they had their talented friend sing for their guest. It is the little-added details that make a wedding memorable. Brittany and Josh surprised their guest with foam glowsticks which had everyone (even grandma) on the dance floor. Lastly, the couple had a latenight snack, which everyone couldn’t get enough of; a popcorn bar! It had 5 fun flavors including “champagne sprakle” that literally sparkles!

I have found that couples are not quite sure what a first look is. In lesser words, it is when the couple sees each other before the ceremony. Yes, I said it… see each other BEFORE the ceremony. It helps calm nerves before standing in front of your family and friends. It also helps to gather many photos so you are not rushing during cocktail hour. I have also found couples are skeptical of the idea of a first look because they believe that while walking down the aisle you won’t get the same spark… Let me tell you, seeing your bride (even if it’s for the second time) walking down the aisle is always a special moment.
